National College of Business Administration and Economics Hostels The National College of Business Administration and Economics (or NCBA&E), is a private university located in Lahore, Pakistan. It was founded as a private institute in 1994. The disciplines are Business Studies (School of Business Administration), Computer Science (Software Engineering), Telecommunication, Human Resource Management, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Environmental Management, Mathematics and Social Sciences.
